Ben10's Terms & Conditions

Ben10 (formerly known as ben10-jit.com) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the ben10 platform and its members ("you" or "user"). By accessing, browsing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply alongside these Terms and are considered an integral part of them. ben10 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To open an account at ben10, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Registration requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.
• During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, correct mobile number, and address.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for account verification (KYC process).
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to ben10 support immediately.

Once registration is complete, you can access betting, payments, and other services. ben10 may request additional verification documents at any time and reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is fully completed.

It is your responsibility to read the specific rules for the relevant sport or game before placing a bet on ben10. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless ben10 approves it under exceptional circumstances.

General Betting Rules:

• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of placing a bet. Bets will not be accepted if your balance is insufficient.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each event and are displayed on the event page.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays. This is a platform limitation, not an error.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded to your account.
• Ben10's decision is final in determining all outcomes.
• Ben10 reserves the right to void any bet placed with incorrect odds and return the stake.

Deposits and withdrawals on ben10 are supported through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. We accept transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits.

Withdrawal rules:

• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500, with a maximum of BDT 1,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If fraud is suspected, ben10 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending verification.

Ben10 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page. General bonus policies are outlined below.

• Each bonus offer may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds can be used to place bets but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 5–10x typically applies.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the cancellation of that bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• Any misuse or manipulation of bonuses will result in immediate account closure.
• Ben10 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ben10 platform. Violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
• Attempting to hack or exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets linked to match-fixing or manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other members.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.

Ben10 believes betting is entertainment, not a source of income. We want our members to enjoy the platform in a healthy and responsible way — which is why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You have the option to temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
• Our support team is always ready to help.
• If signs of addiction are detected, we will help you voluntarily restrict your account.

Ben10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or failing KYC verification.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Requesting self-exclusion voluntarily.
• Legal grounds or directives from regulatory authorities.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless fraud or a breach of rules has been established.

Ben10 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the revision. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to your registered mobile number or email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may request account closure.
